In plain English

We only collect what we need to run a public information site: standard server logs, the form details you choose to send us, and minimal cookies. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you live in a U.S. state that gives you privacy rights — for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, or Oregon — you can ask us what we hold about you, delete it, or correct it.

1. Scope of this Policy

1.1 This Privacy Policy describes how Adonis Group LLC ("Adonis", "we", "us", "our") handles personal information collected through https://adonisgroup.io and any related page or service we operate (the "Site").

1.2 This Policy applies to visitors located in the United States. The Site is intended for a U.S. audience and is not directed at residents of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be processed in the United States, where data-protection rules may differ from those of your country.

1.3 This Policy does not cover information collected by the consumer-facing storefronts of our portfolio brands, each of which publishes its own privacy notice. It also does not cover third-party sites linked from the Site.

2. Information we collect

2.1 We collect the categories of personal information described below.

2.1 Information you provide to us

  • Contact details — name, email address, company name, role, and any other information you choose to include when you submit our contact form, reply to an email, or send us a message.
  • Inquiry content — the subject and body of your message, including any attachments.
  • Career or partnership submissions — if applicable, your professional background and any materials you provide in support of a partnership, acquisition, or hiring conversation.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device and connection data — IP address, approximate location derived from the IP, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen size, and language preference.
  • Usage data — pages viewed, time spent on pages, navigation paths, referring URL, exit URL, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — first-party cookies set by the Site and, where applicable, third-party cookies set by analytics or marketing partners. See our Cookie Policy.

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Service providers — analytics platforms, our hosting provider, our email-sending provider, and our consent-management platform may share aggregated or pseudonymous information with us.
  • Public sources — we may receive information from public business directories or social networks if you interact with our content there.

2.4 Sensitive personal information. We do not intentionally collect Social Security numbers, driver's-license numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric information, health information, or information about a person's racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, sex life, or sexual orientation. Please do not send this kind of information through the Site.

3. How we use information

3.1 We use the information described above for the following business purposes:

  • to operate, maintain, and secure the Site and detect abuse;
  • to respond to your inquiries, requests, and communications;
  • to evaluate partnership, acquisition, or hiring opportunities you propose;
  • to measure traffic, understand how the Site is used, and improve content and performance;
  • to send you, where you have consented, marketing or operational communications;
  • to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Service, and protect our rights, property, or safety and those of our users and the public.

4. How we disclose information

4.1 We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Site (for example hosting, content delivery, analytics, email delivery, customer-relationship management, error monitoring, and consent management). These providers act under written contracts that require them to process personal information only for the purposes we specify and to apply reasonable safeguards.
  • Affiliates and portfolio brands — we may share information with our portfolio brands when you ask to be put in touch with one of them or when shared services support the back office.
  • Professional advisers — auditors, lawyers, accountants, and insurers, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
  • Legal compliance and protection — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, and to protect our rights, the rights of others, or the security of the Site.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed at the point of collection.

4.2 We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for any business purpose.

5. Cookies and tracking

5.1 The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. For full details, including the categories of cookies, their purpose, and how to manage them, please see our Cookie Policy.

5.2 You can manage your preferences at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer of the Site.

6. Your privacy choices

6.1 Marketing communications. If we send you marketing emails, every email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@adonisgroup.io at any time and ask to be removed from our mailing list.

6.2 Cookies and trackers. Use the Manage cookies link to grant or withdraw consent for non-essential cookies.

6.3 State-specific rights. Residents of several U.S. states have additional rights described in Section 8.

7. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / GPC

7.1 We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA").

7.2 If our practices change, residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states that recognize an opt-out right will be able to exercise that right through the privacy@adonisgroup.io email channel and through the universal opt-out mechanism described below.

7.3 Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor browser signals that indicate an opt-out of sale and sharing, including the Global Privacy Control signal. When a browser sends a GPC signal, we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out for the browser or device from which it was sent.

8. State-specific rights

8.1 California (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use, disclose, sell, or share about you, including categories and specific pieces;
  • delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
  • correct inaccurate personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not engage in sale or sharing as defined by the CCPA/CPRA);
  • limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information for any purpose that triggers this right);
  • not be retaliated against for exercising any of these rights;
  • designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within forty-five (45) days, extendable by another forty-five (45) days where reasonably necessary, as permitted by law.

8.2 Virginia (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of (a) targeted advertising, (b) the sale of personal data, and (c) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. You may appeal a refusal of a request through the procedure described in Section 9.

8.3 Colorado (CPA)

If you are a Colorado resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. We honor universal opt-out mechanisms, including the Global Privacy Control, in accordance with Colorado regulations.

8.4 Connecticut (CTDPA)

If you are a Connecticut resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling. You may also appeal a refusal of a request.

If you are a Utah resident, you have the right to access, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data.

8.6 Texas (TDPSA)

If you are a Texas resident, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

8.7 Oregon (OCPA)

If you are an Oregon resident, you have the right to know which specific third parties have received your personal data, to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling.

8.8 Other states

Where another U.S. state grants you similar rights, we will honor those rights to the extent required by applicable law.

9. How to submit a request

9.1 To submit a request to exercise any of the rights described above, email us at privacy@adonisgroup.io with the subject line "Privacy Rights Request" and include:

  • your full name and email address;
  • the U.S. state of residence on which your request is based;
  • the specific right you wish to exercise; and
  • enough detail for us to verify your identity (we may follow up to confirm).

9.2 Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide signed written authorization, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly.

9.3 Verification. Before fulfilling a request, we will take reasonable steps to verify that you are the person to whom the personal information relates. The level of verification will depend on the sensitivity of the request.

9.4 Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing privacy@adonisgroup.io with the subject line "Privacy Appeal" within sixty (60) days. We will respond in writing within the period required by the relevant state law. If the appeal is denied, you may contact your state attorney general.

9.5 No retaliation. We will not deny, charge for, or otherwise penalize the goods or services we make available to you solely because you exercised a right under this Policy.

10. Children’s privacy

10.1 The Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If you believe that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under thirteen, please contact privacy@adonisgroup.io so that we can delete it. This commitment is consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 6501 et seq. ("COPPA").

10.2 We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers we have actual knowledge are under the age of sixteen (16) without legally required consent.

11. Data retention and security

11.1 Retention. We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Contact-form inquiries are typically retained for up to twenty-four (24) months after the last interaction; server logs are typically retained for up to twelve (12) months. Specific retention periods may be longer when a longer period is required by law or by an ongoing legal claim.

11.2 Security. We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is ever completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11.3 In the event of a security incident that meaningfully affects your personal information, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by applicable U.S. state breach-notification laws.

12. Changes to this Policy

12.1 We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to inform you, such as posting a notice on the Site or sending an email if we have your address.
