1. What cookies are

1.1 A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your browser or device when you visit it. Cookies are widely used to make sites work, to remember preferences, and to provide reporting information to the site owner.

1.2 This Policy also covers similar technologies — such as pixels, web beacons, local storage, and software development kits — that perform comparable functions to cookies. References to "cookies" in this Policy include those technologies.

2. Why we use cookies

2.1 Adonis Group LLC ("Adonis", "we", "us") uses cookies to:

  • operate core functions of the Site, such as page navigation and consent storage;
  • measure how visitors interact with the Site so that we can improve content and performance;
  • where you have given consent, support marketing measurement and audience definition for our portfolio brands.

3. Categories of cookies

3.1 We classify cookies into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function. These cookies do not require consent because the Site cannot operate without them.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site in aggregate. We use these cookies only when you give consent through our cookie banner.
  • Marketing — used to measure the performance of marketing activities and, where applicable, to define audiences. We use these cookies only when you give consent.

4. Cookies used on this Site

4.1 The table below lists the cookies currently in use on the Site. We update it when our cookie footprint changes.

5. Third-party cookies

5.1 Some cookies are set by third-party service providers we work with, such as our analytics platform, our consent-management platform, our hosting provider, and (when consent is given) our marketing measurement partners. Those providers process cookie data under their own privacy notices.

5.2 We do not control how third-party providers process the data their cookies collect. Their use of that data is governed by their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.

6. How to manage cookies

6.1 Our cookie banner. You can grant or withdraw consent for analytics and marketing cookies at any time by clicking the Manage cookies link in the footer of the Site. Your choice is stored in the consent cookie listed in Section 4.1.

6.2 Browser controls. Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies through their settings. Refer to your browser's documentation for the relevant procedure:

  • Apple Safari — Preferences ▸ Privacy.
  • Google Chrome — Settings ▸ Privacy and security ▸ Cookies and other site data.
  • Mozilla Firefox — Settings ▸ Privacy & Security.
  • Microsoft Edge — Settings ▸ Cookies and site permissions.

6.3 Blocking or deleting cookies may affect the way the Site works. In particular, strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality such as your consent choice.

7. Do Not Sell or Share / GPC

7.1 We do not sell personal information for money and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law.

7.2 We honor the Global Privacy Control signal (GPC). When a browser sends a GPC signal, we treat that signal as a request to opt out of any future sale or sharing of personal information for the browser or device from which it was sent.

8. Changes to this Policy

8.1 We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, in particular when our cookie footprint changes. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
