Adonis Group LLC is a US-based operator of a portfolio of consumer e-commerce brands. We build, acquire, and run direct-to-consumer companies end-to-end — from product and supply chain through creative, performance, and customer experience.

Who is behind the company?

Adonis is led by a team of long-time operators with backgrounds in consumer goods, e-commerce, and brand building. We deliberately keep ownership and operations under the same roof so every brand decision is made by people accountable for the outcome.

Are you an agency working for outside brands?

Adonis is not an agency. We operate our own portfolio of consumer brands. We do not take outside clients, sell marketing services, or run campaigns for third parties. Every brand featured on this site is fully owned and operated by Adonis Group.

Where is Adonis Group based?

Adonis Group LLC is registered in the United States and operates as a domestic limited liability company. Our portfolio brands ship to customers across North America and selected international markets, with fulfillment and support handled from US-based facilities.

How is Adonis funded?

Adonis is privately held and self-funded across the portfolio. Growth is financed through operating cash flow generated by the brands we already own. We do not raise external rounds and do not run a fund vehicle on behalf of outside investors.

What is your acquisition criteria for new brands?

We look at consumer brands with proven product-market fit, defensible positioning, healthy unit economics, and room to scale through operational depth. Diligence covers product quality, supply, financials, and growth channels before any brand is added to the portfolio.

Where can I see the full list of active brands?

Every brand we currently operate is listed on the Brands page, with a short description, the category served, and a link to the brand site. The list is updated whenever a brand joins the portfolio or transitions out, so the page always reflects active operations.

How do you actually operate the brands?

Each brand keeps its own identity, customer voice, and roadmap. Adonis provides the operating backbone — supply chain, performance teams, finance, technology, and customer experience — so the brand teams can stay focused on product and audience rather than rebuilding infrastructure.

Do you run centralized teams across the portfolio?

Yes. Functions like finance, legal, performance marketing, data, and customer support are centralized at the group level. This gives every portfolio brand access to senior in-house expertise from day one, without the overhead of duplicating teams across each company.

What technology stack do you operate on?

Our brands run on a consolidated commerce, analytics, and customer support stack built for direct-to-consumer operations at scale. We standardize tooling across the portfolio to keep data clean, reporting consistent, and operational changes deployable across multiple brands at once.

How do you approach supply chain and fulfillment?

We control supply directly where it matters — sourcing, quality control, and inventory planning are managed in-house by our operations team. Fulfillment is handled through vetted US-based partners with capacity to support multi-brand volume and seasonal peaks across the portfolio.

Are you currently looking for outside investment?

Adonis is privately held and self-funded, and we are not raising outside capital. We do hold occasional conversations with strategic capital partners aligned with our operator-led model, but the portfolio is not built around an external fundraising timeline.

I own a brand and would like to sell it. What is the process?

We review inbound acquisition opportunities on a rolling basis. Reach out through the Contact page with a short overview of the brand, category, revenue range, and reason for selling. If there is a fit, we move into structured diligence and present terms within a few weeks.

Do you consider joint ventures or brand partnerships?

Yes, selectively. We evaluate joint ventures when a partner brings a clear product, audience, or distribution edge that complements an existing portfolio brand. Each partnership is structured around defined operating responsibilities and a long-term horizon, not short-term collaborations.

How do vendors and suppliers work with Adonis?

Suppliers, manufacturers, and technology vendors can introduce themselves through the Contact page. We work with vetted long-term partners across sourcing, packaging, fulfillment, and software, and we onboard new ones when there is a clear capability gap in the portfolio.

How do you handle customer and visitor data?

Customer and visitor data is collected only where it is required to operate the brands — to fulfill orders, provide support, and improve the experience. Access is limited to authorized team members, and data is stored on infrastructure that follows industry-standard security practices.

What privacy practices do you follow on your sites?

Each Adonis brand operates under a published privacy policy that explains what is collected, why, and how long it is retained. Visitors can request access, correction, or deletion of their data at any time through the contact channels listed on each brand site.

Which regulations does the group adhere to?

Adonis Group LLC operates as a US-registered entity and follows applicable federal and state consumer protection, privacy, and e-commerce regulations, including CAN-SPAM, applicable state privacy laws, and standard advertising disclosure requirements across every brand in the portfolio.
